Turkey Burgers


1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup Steinfeld's Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
Salt and pepper to taste


Mix ingredients together, form into patties and fry in small amount of oil. Makes 8 patties. Serve in hamburger bun with Thousand Island dressing, sliced tomato and lettuce.
