Sausage Sweet Potato Bake

Brown in skillet 1 pound bulk sausage
Drain off fat. Arrange in 2 quart casserole dish:
2 medium raw sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 medium apple, peeked and sliced
Sprinkle with salt to taste
1 16-ounce can Steinfeld's Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
Browned sausage
Combine and pour over:
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
