Pork Chops With Sauerkraut


6 lean pork chops
1/2 cup chopped onion
Salt and pepper pork chops and brown in skillet.
Remove and add onions and saute until transparent.
Add to onion:
1 22-ounce jar Steinfeld's Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Mix together and then place pork chops on top and turn skillet to medium heat and cook till chops are done, 20 to 30 minutes.
