Chili Dogs
1 8-ounce can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 teaspoon hot chili powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup green or red peppers chopped
Hot dogs
Steinfeld's Sauerkraut drained
Simmer together tomato paste, water, chili powder, sugar, soup mix and pepper for 30 minutes. In hot dog bun spread with mustard, layer of sauerkraut, a hot dog that has been heated and then pour over the hot
sauce. Makes 8 servings.
